Description: PA Iron-On Stretch Vinyl works on performance wear and material that needs to have a little to a lot of stretch. This stretch vinyl has an ultra-thin, soft, and matte finish. Works on lycra, spandex, cotton, leather, polyester, and blends. Pre-shrink any shirt with cotton content. Use a quick one-second tack application for layering. Apply with firm pressure; preheat fabric for 3 seconds, then apply transfer for 15 seconds. CPSIA Certified, so it's safe on garments for any age. 12 x 15 inch. Rose Gold.
