I've used this two oz tube for years. I'm not a crafter, but have used it to repair loose shoe soles, torn plastic, rubber gaskets, and other items around our house. it's always worked for me. my outdoor tennis shoes for grass, weed eating, with shoes getting wet in early morning dew, etc. The material tears around the glue, is what causes failure in the leathers and canvas items i've fixed. I have used this glue to bond metal caps to eggs and sandollars for hanging for 15 years and it has never failed me!
